Honest answer is that it depends upon the style and location of the home. On the mountain, if your property is chalet like with open concept living areas, views of the mountain, then it's a sellers market. If you are elsewhere, with an old farmhouse on a couple of acres, it's better than it was but your property, depending upon the $ ascribed to it, may not sell as quickly as you like and you will certainly benefit from the advice of a good and honest broker.
